Structure of the book
The book consist of 3 diverse yet complementary parts focused on taking the temperature of our current world and create a common understanding of why we have the designed the world the way we have. The main element of the book is focused on a forward-looking concrete DNA model of Regenerative Leadership filled with plenty of rich examples from natures living-systems and business cases whereas the last part of the book is very practical taking you through exercises, tools and practices to improve your leadership skills to match the 21st century.
part 1: breakdowns & breakthroughs
In the first part of the book we will explore the root cause our current crisis by going back in history. We dive deep into the separation between human and nature, the masculine and the feminine, inner and outer and left brain hemisphere and right brain hemisphere and analyse how we can see how this separation has affected our inner and outer ecosystems. We also explore the signs of a new leadership era emerging.
part 2: the dna of regenerative leadership
